The January 2012 school holiday programmes are out now. The holiday programme runs from Monday the 9th of Jan to Friday 27th January 2012

• $30 per day 8am-3pm
• $35 per day 8am-5pm

We close promptly at 5pm & late fees of $1 per minute per child will be incurred if you arrive late to collect your child/ren.

• Please refer to the Parent Contract Information for our fee/cancellation policy.
• Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a completed enrolment form and fees.
• We accept WINZ subsidy bookings and have the relevant forms available here for you

Grey Lynn Creates is an eight day festival to be held during the RWC 2011, 25th September – 2nd October, celebrating creativity and sustainability in our local community.

With a programme of free events suitable for all ages, people of the community and visitors alike are invited to experience and participate in the local artistic, cultural, culinary and environmental happenings across the week.

Events in the festival programme are listed under Art, Performance and Community.

Grey Lynn Creates, aligned with the aims of Grey Lynn 2030, seeks to bring together and advance our community through positive, local initiatives.

Grey Lynn Creates is generously supported by the New Zealand Lottery Grants Board and is a part of the REAL New Zealand Festival.

The Grey Lynn community centre is working with Auckland Council and a local artist to develop an artwork for the wall of the car park but we need your help!

As locals, you have the best ideas about your area and we want to include those in the artwork.

What the artist needs to get going is a theme to base the artwork on. The theme needs to:

• Represent Grey Lynn and its residents
• Reflect the passions of the local community
• Speak to the community
• Make the community proud

Over December 2010 and January 2011, we will collect ideas from the public that will determine the theme of the artwork.

Please consider what Grey Lynn means to you, your family and your local community and a theme that best represents its people and email your ideas to Tania at:
